24歲日本女生Nooa原本是「肉肉女」,體重達139磅。從減肥前的照片可見,Nooa原本體態豐腴,甚至頗顯虎背熊腰、四肢粗壯、臉大等問題。不過,她僅用6個月時間,成功減走40磅,維持在99磅體重;體脂肪率亦從24%減少至20%。從她減肥前後的對比圖看,整個人彷彿改頭換面。
